Venice Carnival Party 2027

On 30 January and 6 February 2027, the Hotel Saturnia & International will host two exclusive Carnival Parties combining music, performances, dancing and fine dining, evoking the magical atmosphere of the Venice Carnival of yesteryear.

Two events inspired by iconic figures and stories linked to the world of Carnival: Don Giovanni and The Legend of Casanova.

The Carnival Parties are also open to non-hotel guests: buy your ticket and take part in an exclusive masked Carnival Party. 

Places are limited.

Dress code compulsory: a Carnival costume or an elegant outfit with a mask.

30 January 2027 – Don Giovanni
6 February 2027 – The Legend of Casanova

Both events begin with an aperitif and lessons in the waltz and period dances, followed by a dinner featuring artists and performances, and continue late into the night with music and dancing.

Duration: 6.30 pm – 1.00 am

Mandatory dress code: a Carnival costume or an elegant outfit with a mask.

The Carnival Parties will take place on two special evenings:

- 30 January 2027 – Don Giovanni
- 6 February 2027 – The Legend of Casanova 

Two types of ticket are available for both evenings, including a welcome aperitif, a gala dinner with drinks included, and the performances scheduled for the evening. The Platinum Ticket also includes the hire of a bespoke Venetian historical costume.

SILVER TICKET – €350 per person
Includes:
- a welcome aperitif
- a gala dinner with drinks included
- musical performances and entertainment throughout the evening
Mandatory dress code: a Carnival costume or an elegant evening gown with a mask worn over the face.

PLATINUM TICKET – €700 per person
Includes:
- a welcome aperitif
- a gala dinner with drinks included
- musical performances and entertainment throughout the evening
- hire of a bespoke, period Venetian costume
Once you have purchased your ticket, we will provide you with the direct contact details of the relevant atelier so that you can choose your design, provide your measurements and arrange the details of your fitting. The costume is generally available for hire from the morning of the Saturday of the festival, to be returned the following morning.

Places are limited and tickets are also available to those not staying at the Hotel Saturnia & International.

How to book your ticket

To request tickets, please send an email to info@hotelsaturnia.it, stating:
- your chosen evening;
- the number, first name and surname of all participants;
- the type of ticket you require (Silver or Platinum);
- the chosen menu option for each guest (click here or scroll down to discover the three available menu options).

Our staff will send you a secure link for payment via Nexi, showing the total cost of attending the event.

Any drinks during the after-party and other services or consumptions not expressly included in the programme or on the menu are excluded from the ticket price.

6.30 pm – Check-in and welcome
Guests are expected to arrive at the reception of the Hotel Saturnia & International, where dedicated staff will welcome participants and escort them to the hotel’s covered and heated outdoor courtyard, which has been set up for the occasion.

7.00 pm – Aperitif, music and dancing
Following the welcome and registration, the evening gets underway with an aperitif accompanied by light snacks, and a themed waltz and ballroom dance lesson.

8.00–8.30 pm – Dinner and performances
Dinner will be served in the indoor dining room, Il Cortile. Singers, performers, jugglers and dancers will take turns throughout the dinner to engage the audience and create a continuous entertainment experience.

11.00 pm – Dessert and dancing
Once dessert has been served, guests will move to the covered and heated outdoor courtyard, where music and dancing will keep them entertained until late into the evening.

1.00 am – End of the Carnival Party

The menu for the Carnival Party at the Hotel Saturnia & International has been curated by the executive chef of La Caravella Restaurant and offers a choice of fish, meat or vegetarian options.

All menus include wine, water and coffee.
Any after-party drinks and items not specified are excluded.

Venice to Venice (a selection of traditional Venetian ‘cichetti’: golden sardines with lemon, creamed red sea bream, pumpkin ‘saor’, cuttlefish and glasswort salad, salt cod on polenta)

The Hotel Saturnia & International is situated in the heart of Venice’s historic centre, just 250 metres from St Mark’s Square. The nearest vaporetto and Alilaguna stops are just a 5-minute walk away, and the hotel also has a private jetty for water taxis at the rear of the building, for those who prefer convenience.

The Carnival Party offers the chance to enjoy an evening of spectacle and entertainment in an authentic 14th-century Venetian palace, just a stone’s throw from the city’s most iconic landmarks.
